Players will be able to pay a bounty to put on someone they have grudges against. This bounty will have a minimum and a maximum balance dependent on the lvl of the player that they are putting the bounty upon.
A heavy tax on this bounty will be used for a huge money dump. (Good for economy.)

Ok this seems very very very cruel to the players, so um... I'll probobly put a cap at how many times they can be slayed at like one. Any money added will increase the value of the Bounty, instead of one life being worth 100g, it'll now be 200g or whatever the case may be. There will be a minimum balance, so that players don't exploit gaining honor for money (but they will be able to, be my guest and dump all that money o_O) Example:
