Valisa Woods: A beautiful young lady, and a crime unimaginable that she did not commit. This is the tale of the young Valisa Woods. A sweet human girl, of only 24 years young, crucified for killing three small children, all of only 6 to 8 years, with a knife. A deed that she did not commit.
The day was young and the sun was shining. Young Valisa wandered the wonderful forest that was dear to her heart. She walked trough the trees till she found a specific oak. Tall, wide, and probobly as old as time itself. She climbed to the top of the tree and stared out at the sky as she took a breath of the freshest air in all of the land, produced by the well planted, fed, and treated trees of the forest surrounding the single oak tree. When she was finished embarrassing the life of the forest a noise came from not to far away. The crying of young children echoed off of the trees. Valisa hid in the tree as a large human male wielding a knife approached the oak, and tossed three binded children up against it. Valisa recognized the children to be the son and two daughters of some very wealthy people in the town where she lived. She watched in fear as the man cursed out about a ransom. He yelled out something about a failed plan, and cut the throats of all three children, then ran away, never to be seen again.
Valisa climbed down the tree and picked up the dagger, that was covered in blood when (Conveniently ^.^) guards from Valisa's home town showed up, and saw the blood-stained knife in her hand. She tried to explain the situation, but the guards would listen to none of it. So in anger and ignorance, they nailed her hands, and feet to the Oak tree. She screamed out in sadness and fear as the guards pinned her to the tree that she loved. In order to punish Valisa, they took torches and burned the forest that she loved so much, they even started to burn her. Valisa cried out as he skin almost melted and formed to the tree that she was pinned to. She yelled and yelled as the trees were burned to black and grey. The fire stopped and Valisa seemed dead. The guards didn't notice it, but the trees began to sway, even though there was no wind. The trees heard her call of anger, and answerd.
The trees began to moan, and the guards, thinking there was another disturbance (because trees do not moan) readied their weapons. They looked into the deep forest, ready for anything, or so they though. Valisa's burned and gray body seemed to move as a silent chuckle escaped from her mouth. She let out a sudden scream so loud that the guards had to put their hands over their ears in pain. Suddenly the root of a tree emerged from the ground beneath a guard, and pulled The guard down into the hole and snapping his spine in half, backwards, on the way in with a sickening cracking sound that was like ogres chewing on teeth. The rest of the guards tried to run away, but as they ran, one by one, they were pulled into the ground below, or impaled by the hard and sharp roots.
Valisa cried out so much that her hometown that was somewhat far away could hear her before being destroyed in a bloody attack of the trees that held her dear to their old roots.
Time went on and Valisa stayed nailed to the tree, aging as it did. Soon the trees became sorrowful, as did Valisa herself. Because of the ignorance of man towards the forest and Valisa the trees now attack anyone on sight, and now instead of emitting fresh and precious air, they give off a miasma as thick as mist which clouds most of the forest. It has been many many years since the tragic incident, an people have foolishly build houses near the forest, not knowing that a mile away, a forest of hatred stood ready to kill any and all trespassers that would foolishly wander into the Valisa Woods.
OTHER INFO!!!
"As you get farther into the forest the cry of Valisa Woods becomes louder, and the killer trees show up in more numbers. You feel weak and drained from the mist like miasma. You approach the gray and dead oak in the center of the forest and see a zombie-like figure morphed into the tree. It lets out a cry and the spirits of the three killed children rise from the ground. You draw your weapon as trees begin to surround you, ready to kill. Valisa lets out another cry and the fight begins."
The gimmick to this char is obvious. She screams and (maybe) paralyzes you while more trees emerge from the mist. We could have it so that you must kill the three spirits before being able to harm her, making this boss harder and therefor more epic XD.
The quest would probably be going into the forest and dealing with the noises that the local villagers hear, and become fearful of.
This would most likely be a higher level quest that would require... about 5-6-7 people... Its a freaking tree, not a dragon with 87 heads.
